Themed Attractions Resorts & Hotels picks media partner

One of Malaysia’s leading leisure and tourism group, Themed Attractions Resorts & Hotels (TAR&H) has appointed Mindshare as its media agency following a pitch. The agency will work with the TAR&H team for its media development strategy, planning and implementation within Malaysia, Singapore and the region.

Included in the assignment are TAR&H’s portfolio attractions such as Desaru Coast, KidZania Kuala Lumpur, KidZania Singapore, Puteri Harbour Retail Precinct , Sanrio Hello Kitty Town, Thomas Town, The Datai Langkawi and The Els Club Malaysia.

“We are looking forward to this partnership with Mindshare and are confident that together, we can strategically market TAR&H ‘s diverse portfolio in an impactful way which will elevate our destination positioning,” Philip Whittaker, chief commercial officer and acting CEO of Integrated Theme Parks & Attractions (ITPA), TAR&H said.

“We are very proud to be TAR&H’s partner to promote the leisure and tourism industry of Malaysia through its world-class hotels, resorts, golf courses and attractions,” Cindy Chia, managing director of Mindshare Malaysia, added.

The appointment was effective 22 May 2017.
