Ducatisti of the World reunited at the launch and welcome party of Asia Ducati Week 2012 in conjunction with the Malaysian MotoGP at Sepang last weekend.This event was organised by SMF360 and Next Bike (Ducati Malaysia) and sponsored by Tourism Malaysia, Tourism of Malacca, DBKL, Shell Advance and Pirelli.The six-day event kicked off with a welcome party, followed by a ride and visit to the historical state of Malacca where they were hosted by Tourism of Malacca.Apart from the activities planned out, participants convoyed the "Red Storm" yesterday at the Sepang International Circuit.As the exclusive distributor of Ducati in Malaysia, NAZA will organise a special "tributo" section for the Ducatisti attending the Malaysian MotoGP while Ducati Malaysia will bring in Ducati Factory Outlet in the Mall area of the grandstand for promotions of Ducati merchandise.Ducatisti can expect a full throttle finale with a Ducati gala dinner at Westin Hotel Kuala Lumpur."With the use of social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter, we have branded the event and highlighted it on a global scale; enabling Ducati owners everywhere to feel the spirit and adrenalin of this exclusive and exciting programmes," said Datuk Wira SM Faisal (pictured centre), joint group executive chairman of NAZA Group of Companies.President of Naples Ducati Dreams Club Paolo Pirozzi, who clocked over 450,000km aboard his Ducati bikes in an adventure called "Around the World in 80 Clubs", and legendary MotoGP riders Valentino Rossi (pictured left) and Nicky Hayden (pictured right) were also present in support of the event.This year anticipates participants from more than eight countries namely Singapore, Thailand, India, the Philippines, Hong Kong, China, Australia, Russia and more.
