The Golden Duck introduces two new flavours and new image to HK

Singaporean-based snacks manufacturer The Golden Duck will be introducing two new flavours to Hong Kong, while the company will also revamp the packaging of two signature products.

On 12 December, Hong Kong’s 7-Eleven will debut Chilli Crab Seaweed Tempura and Salted Egg Crab Seaweed Tempura priced at HK$55. The new products were launched in Singapore in Q3 with positive feedback.

“We like to do things differently here at The Golden Duck. Our recipes are created from scratch, refining taste and texture every step of the way until we achieve perfection,” said Chris Hwang, co-founder of The Golden Duck.

Apart from presenting new flavours, the brand’s signature Duck will also greet the world with a new image.The sleek black packs are elevated with bright and bold colours. By looking at the packs, customers will be able to find out the ingredients including curry leaves, chilli crab and salted egg yolk.

“We may be a young brand, but we are not afraid to push the boundries of snacking,” said Jonathan Shen, co-founder of The Golden Duck.
