Telkomsel calls digital pitch

Indonesia - Telco company Telkomsel has called a digital pitch, in preparation for the end of the incumbent's contract in April.The awarded agency will be responsible for end-to-end digital scope to develop, execute and manage integrated digital campaign and activation across multiple platforms (online, mobile, social, search, content, community, advocacy) including digital strategic planning, creative, production, social media management, digital planning/buying.The pitch is open to all agencies with local affiliations, with the exception of those handling competing brands and thosethat are FDI (foreign direct investment) companies with PMA (Penanaman Modal Asing) status from the Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM)."Digital plays an important role in our marketing strategy to enure that Telkomsel serves at various touch points on digital channel to not only amplify marketing messages but also to engage customers, build top-of-mind recalls and develop strong brand preference and loyalty among the increasingly influential netizens/youth," said Rizky Muhammad, head of media channel division, Telkomsel.
