Tay walks out of Tate Anzur

Singapore – Ex-SVP Asia Pacific and chief executiveof Hill & Knowlton Southeast Asia Jimmy Tay (pictured) has left  Tate Anzur, the boutique public relations agency he started.

Tay started the company with its partners over a year ago, shortly after he exited his role at The Yellow Pages as chief operating officer after a six-month stint. The agency will continue with its current three partners, Yvonne Li, Ethan Tan and Raoul Le Blond.

Le Blond told Marketing Tay had resigned due to disagreement with the remaining directors over the way the business should be run adding that it would be business as usual for the agency.

“There will be no changes to how Tate Anzur will service clients. In fact, we are growing from strength to strength. In the past two months, we have acquired new clients and have also hired three more staff to beef up our offering to clients,” Le Blond, said.

Tay said that he was still considering a couple of options and did not comment on his reason for leaving the agency.
