Tay Ai Leen resigns from post in L'Oreal

Tay Ai Leen (pictured), corporate communications and media relations director at L'Oreal Malaysia, has resigned. However, she will continue to work for L’Oreal on a consulting project basis in 2013.Tay has been with the company for six and half years and was driving media and leading communications and consumer advisory for the group.She has profiled L’Oreal Malaysia as the leading cosmetics company with the media, business partners and major stakeholders.In addition to the corporate communications role, she also managed the L’Oreal Malaysia philanthropy programmes which include the ‘L’Oreal For Women in Science’ programme, the Keep in School Scheme (KISS) in collaboration with the Malaysian Aids Foundation and the ‘Look Good Feel Better’ scheme.Tay is also a council member of the Malaysian Advertisers Association. Tay tells A+M she will be taking some time off and that L'Oreal has yet to find a replacement.
