Suria FM has collaborated with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) on an anti-corruption campaign to raise public awareness against graft. The campaign runs for a month and falls under one of the initiatives under the Anti-Corruption Revolution Movement (Gerah).
In a statement to A+M, the radio station shared that the campaign involves its crew, called the Suria Wheelers, heading out to different public areas in highlighting the commission’s 3J campaign. 3J refers to Jangan Hulur, Jangan Kawtim, Jangan Settle.
In addition, the Suria Wheelers will be making daily appearances at three spots in the Klang Valley from now until Friday to promote the objective of the campaign. Moreover, listeners will be alerted to the pit stops during the station’s regular broadcast and via its website.
“We’re giving MACC merchandise and promoting the campaign live on air and on the ground,” said Suria Wheelers cruiser Muhammad Lutfi Amir, adding listeners’ response to the promotional stops had been good so far in a statement to The Star.
