Sun Hung Kai Properties’ latest luxury development Victoria Harbour will turn one of its towers into serviced apartments.
Named Victoria Harbour Residence, the tower boasting 140 units is expected to be released for lease by the end of this year, while its monthly rent would reach about HK$100 per square feet. Spanning from 361 square feet to 1,063 square feet, the apartments, which will be managed by Signature Homes, the leasing arm of Sun Hung Kai Properties, contain choices from one to three bedrooms. Meanwhile every apartment is equipped with furniture and home appliances.
Sun Hung Kai said yesterday that the company was still waiting for details of the vacancy tax. Unveiling Victoria Harbour Residence would be a great idea under the new measure as its tax would reach about HK$140 million, according to local media reports today.
“Victoria Harbour Residence offers stunning view of the harbour – same as Four Seasons Place and The HarbourView Place. Residents will be able to enjoy impeccable services and facilities of the development and we expect Victoria Harbour Residence is appealing to expatriates of MNCs,” said Belinda Kuan, general manager of Signature Homes.
