In her current role, Karen’s focus is on building a regional hub for digital and IT excellence that is consumer-focused, data-based and fast-paced. With increasing proportion of pizza customers browsing and buying online, the growth engine for Pizza Hut is in driving traffic, improving conversion and empowering customers to engage with the brand anytime, anyway, anywhere they want. Enhancing the customer experience and delivering a cohesive end-to-end solution, from online purchase to offline consumption, is key to building brand love.
Karen has over 15 years of experience in consumer and retail marketing. Prior to joining Pizza Hut, she leads APAC regional marketing efforts for Domino’s Pizza and Coca-Cola.
Karen holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
