Skiddoo Philippines appoints Tony Ahn as CMO

Skiddoo Philippines, the fastest growing online travel agency in Australia, having recently expanded into several other countries in Southeast Asia, has hired digital public relations agency owner Tony Ahn as Chief Marking Officer for its Philippine operations.

“We interviewed over a dozen candidates and Tony was the only one who knew how to do it all: strategy, marketing communications, public relations, SEO, SEM, analytics, and with his agency experience he knows how to manage suppliers,” said Skiddoo Philippines General Manager David Condon. “We’re quite pleased he has joined the Skiddoo team.”

Ahn was formerly full time with Tony Ahn & Co., the first digital public relations agency in the Philippines, which he is in the process of hiring a new CEO for. “I’m looking to go back to marketing and PR full time,” Ahn said. “I spent a third of my time at my agency dealing with HR, finance, biz dev, contracts, legal, and all the other administrative and sales functions required of an agency head. I want less admin and more practitioner time.” Tony Ahn & Co. is three and a half years old.
