Singapore Wellness Association fights obesity with new growth charts

Singapore Wellness Association (SWA) has partnered with McCann Health Singapore to raise awareness of childhood obesity through a new campaign titled "Which way is your child growing?". The campaign features a range of unique growth charts and will run until the end of this year. The growth charts, which are usually placed in a vertical manner to measure height, are now installed horizontally at schools and paediatric clinics. This is in a bid to draw parents’, teachers’ and paediatricians’ attention to childhood obesity, encouraging them to consider programs that SWA offers and ensure their children participate in more physical activities.[gallery link="file" ids="192366,192367,192368"]“These horizontal growth charts help SWA deliver a serious health message to parents, in a simple and fun manner, reminding them to pay more attention to how their kids are growing and the consequences of a sedentary lifestyle,” Alejandro Canciobello, creative director at McCann Health Singapore, said.Campaign credits:Client: Singapore Wellness AssociationDirector: Sonia OngExecutive creative director: June LaffeyCreative director: Alejandro CanciobelloAssociate creative director / Art: Rodrigo MitmaAssociate creative director / Copy: Yin May ThamSenior art director: Sham NasaarSenior designer: Weicong LeeCopywriter: Mellisa GoJunior art director: Yuan Ling TanTraffic manager: Asiah HamzahProducer: Kirby HoGeneral manager: Michael BannerAccount director: Mutch WrightIllustrations: Amy Whip
