Singapore Sports Council is looking for an agency to work closely with SportSG’s Content Lab @Sport team. The agency will be tasked to research and identify relevant and trending online content in areas of interest to its respective target groups/audiences.It will also regularly aggregate and produce compelling written and visual posts that will maximise shareability and talkability - and that will facilitate the consumer journey from awareness to advocacy. The agency will be seen as the first point of contact in its online customer care workflow, and respond in a timely manner (no later than 12 hours), so as to ensure responsiveness and provision of helpful answers, by attending to messages that come through Facebook messaging of its pages.The agency will also ensure the accuracy and quality of the captioning of each Facebook post, and to have them cleared with SportSG via the content calendar forecast. The contract is for a period of one year.
