Singapore Sports Council (SSC) is looking to appoint a panel of creative agencies to inspire locals to “transform Singapore through sport,” according to SSC.
In a tender document seen by Marketing, SSC is looking for creative agencies with experience in above-the-line (ATL), below-the-line (BTL) and through-the-line advertising, digital marketing, as well as brand communication. The agencies will need to provide local and international advertising and promotion services for sportSG for a period of 24 months.
They will also need to define the overarching marketing communications strategy for SportSG, and oversee the execution of it. Agencies interested have been directed to register and attend the compulsory briefing before 20 November 2014.
Meanwhile Singapore Sports Council also appointed Hill & Knowlton (SEA) to handle integrated marketing communications to help promote its sportCares move. Also vying for the account were agencies such as CMG Group (Singapore), Fast Track Hong Kong Limited, Fulford PR, Full Circle PR, Fleishman-Hillard, Havas Worldwide Siren, LEWIS Public Relations, Mileage Communications, Q Communications and Strategic Public Relations.
Sport Singapore is a statutory board of the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth.
