Singapore Prison Service has launched a tender looking for communications and media agencies for the provision of professional services on new/social media.
Through the appointment, SPS hopes to enhance its presence, brand and share of voice in the social media space. The contract is for 36 months commencing from 1 November 2014 to 31 October 2017 with an option to extend for 24 months from 1 November 2017 to 31 October 2019.
The agency will be tasked to enhance the positive perception of the SPS and its related projects by highlighting its contribution to the safety and security of Singapore . It will also be tasked to identify and successfully mitigate issues to protect the SPS’s reputation as the social media voice.
The chosen agency will also review all of the SPS’ current social media presence and evaluate its current performance against a list of industry metrics and benchmarks on a quarterly basis. Meanwhile, it will also have to develop social media strategies and activities that effectively integrate with non-social media activities.
