Shell and Cold storage promote F1

In conjunction with the upcoming F1 Grand Prix in September, Shell and Cold Storage have launched a marketing initiative whereby customers who spend S$30 at Cold Storage will receive a free S$2 Shell fuel voucher.

The promotional offer will run till October this year. To launch this programme Shell and Cold Storage recently organised a Supermarket Night Race for consumers, media and senior executives – F1 style – complete with race car super-carts, pit stops and chequered flags.

“Just like our technical partnership with Ferrari has led to the development of Shell V-Power for drivers for better performance, we are excited to tie up with Cold Storage to bring consumers a winning partnership of quality fuel and food, with cost savings,” Henry Chu, Shell’s GM, rRetail sales and operations, said.

“With the F1 approaching, we are also pleased to leverage this first supermarket night race to inject some excitement for our customers while making a difference to the lives of the less privileged,” Choo Peng Chee, CEO, Cold Storage Supermarkets, said.
