Scoot has revealed to be joining Singapore Airline’s (SIA) HighFlyer programme. Following the move, corporate members under the HighFlyer programme will be able to earn HighFlyer points if their SIA or SilkAir travel itineraries include a Scoot-operated flight segment, ticketed and booked through SIA’s corporate booking platform or via an appointed travel agent. The programme is tailored towards small and medium-sized enterprises.
These points can be used as payment for SIA and SilkAir tickets, upgrades and selected ancillaries used by employees of HighFlyer programme participants. In addition, the HighFlyer members will also have the option to redeem HighFlyer points for travel on Scoot-operated flights later this year.
According to Campbell Wilson, senior vice president, sales and marketing, SIA, Scoot’s participation in the HighFlyer programme affirms the airline’s commitment to constantly deliver more value to corporates when they fly with the SIA Group of airlines.
“We are very pleased to bring Scoot into the HighFlyer family and to offer our corporate members more ways to accrue HighFlyer points. Scoot is an important part of the SIA Group’s portfolio of airlines, ” Wilson said.
“Scoot is excited to join the HighFlyer family. Coupled with our expansive and growing networking presently spanning 63 destinations, Scoot’s inclusion will provide great choice and connectivity to corporates in the HighFlyer programme,” Lee Hik Hsin, CEO of Scoot added.
