Former Malaysia Airlines (MAB) head of global marketing Schrene Goh (pictured) is joining Pos Malaysia as EVP of marketing. Pos Malaysia’s spokesperson confirmed the appointment to A+M, adding that Goh will oversee all marketing and customer experience activities. She will also report to group CEO¬†Syed Md Najib Syed Md Noor.
Goh was MAB for more than two years and was part of the team that conceptualised and launched¬†the brand campaign ‚ÄúMalaysian Hospitality Begins With Us‚ÄĚ.
Prior to MAB, Goh led marketing, communications, brand and digital at U Mobile for over a year.¬†Before joining the telco, Goh was with AirAsia for more than six years, helming the¬†roles of head of marketing and marketing manager for the entire ASEAN network including the India market.
Last September, Pos Malaysia named¬†Syed Md Najib Syed Md Noor as the group CEO, replacing¬†Al-Ishsal Ishak¬†who left to¬†take on the chairman role at¬†Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission. He was previously the¬†chairman of¬†Altel Communications and¬†MYTV Broadcasting.
