Roth Observatory International bolsters APAC team

Roth Observatory International has made two new hires in Singapore. Daphne Goh and Doreen Chan have come on board to take up senior consultancy roles with ROI’s clients across Asia Pacific.Goh spent the first decade of her advertising career with Ogilvy in client management roles, and the following five years in operational management with Hogarth & Ogilvy (previously Ogilvy Redworks).  Her experience includes managing complex regional projects, implementing strategic projects and commercial initiatives and improving business operations, working with leading brands such as Tiffany & Co, SingTel and IBM.Chan’s career has seen her specialise in client management and agency operations for global agency groups such as Ogilvy, Publicis and Rapp, working with leading brands such as AIA, ANZ Bank, HP, IBM, IHG and Tiger Airways. Chan (pictured) spent four years based in China, leading the set-up and management of specialist agency implementation hubs in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities for the Ogilvy Group.Richard Bleasdale, managing partner of ROI Asia Pacific said: “Both Goh and Chan come straight from senior operational management roles in global integrated agency groups. They are quickly adding value and making positive change with several of our large, complex global clients. Goh’s leadership, problem-solving and negotiation skills, combined with Chan’s deep experience in redesigning agency operational and implementation models across the region, are a powerful and unique combination.”The duo report to Bleasdale.
