R/GA set to expand regional ops

Digital agency R/GA has appointed a regional client services director, Gloria Mathis for the Asia Pacific region and has put out job ads for at least 17 other positions for its Singapore office.Mathis was previously the regional marketing & RM strategy director, Asia Pacific at MRM Worldwide.The agency is also looking to make multiple hires, which include senior ones such as executive creative director, executive producer, planning director and more, with the agency placing job ads for at least 17 different roles in the last month for its Singapore arm, on its website and on other recruitment sites.The agency was unavailable for comment at the time of publishing, but is also believed to be looking for a managing director for Singapore.The Interpublic group agency first opened its doors in Singapore in 2010, and is servicing clients such as WaterAid, Rip Curl, Philips and Unilever.It previously serviced the digital account for Mastercard in Southeast Asia, but that has since moved to Possible Worldwide.
