After appointing DDB early last year, Reebok International has ended its partnership with the Omnicom agency, with a global pitch now underway.Led out of DDB's New York office, the agency was in charge of Reebok’s digital, social and advertising campaigns.According to Adweek, the Mother, Goodby Silverstein & Partners and Venables Bell & Partners are contending for the account. Both Reebok and DDB could not be reached for comment at the time of publishing.DDB had worked with the sports brand from 2009 to early 2012 as well after which Reebok decided to hand the account over to mcgarrybowen. Last January, DDB once again reclaimed the account with Reebok’s head of global brand marketing Yan Martin stating that the brand was excited to bring DDB back as the lead creative agency as the team understood the mission of the Reebok brand.
