Raffles Hotels’ Vivian Koh joins Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has appointed Vivian Koh as director, public relations and content, Asia Pacific. In this role she would oversee the integration of PR, social media and content into the hotel’s global and regional marketing initiatives.She will now report to Susan Devins, VP sales and marketing, Four Seasons Hotels and ResortsIn the past, she was director of marketing and brand communications Raffles Hotels and Resorts. She has worked with the hotel for over 10 years. During her tenure she was responsible for brand positioning, content development, print and digital advertising, partnerships and events. Koh also worked with different marketing functions - digital marketing, social media, customer research, analytics, and public relations to implement brand marketing strategies.Her key project involved evolving and refreshing Raffles' brand positioning; hotel positioning, and  brand advertising campaign.When reached out to by Marketing, she said: "This is an exciting time to be part of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Our portfolio in Asia Pacific is growing quickly; in the course of 8 months, the brand will have opened four hotels in Kyoto, Jakarta, Tianjin and Hoi Ai where we are currently preparing to welcome Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai to our family in December. Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is a highly admired brand in luxury hospitality and I am incredibly privileged to be part of the team.”
