Publicis Groupe HK appoints Chen Kam Fatt as managing partner of strategy and transformation

Publicis Groupe Hong Kong has appointed Chen Kam Fatt as managing partner of strategy and transformation, effective immediately. In this role, Chen will be responsible for driving strategy planning and transformation of the Groupe across the span of its thirteen agency brands. He will report to Tom Kao, CEO of Publicis Groupe Hong Kong.With over 14 years of experience in the Asia-Pacific region, Chen has worked with blue-chip clients such as P&G, Shell Lubricants, and Abbot Nutrition. He has previously led planning departments in DDB Malaysia and Hong Kong, Saatchi & Saatchi X Guangzhou, and The Gate Greater China. Most recently he was the regional planning director of Doremus, APAC.  “It is a delight to welcome Kam Fatt to the Publicis Groupe family in Hong Kong,” said Tom Kao, CEO at Publicis Groupe Hong Kong. “His depth and range of experience across marketing sectors, clients, and the APAC region makes him a perfect fit for the role and a natural next hire for the Groupe as we continue to accelerate and solidify our strategy in the Hong Kong market, transforming our Groupe to embrace data, technology and creativity.
