PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk’s Henry Christian heads to NTUC Link

Henry Christian (pictured), GM and head of loyalty program for PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAP), has taken on a new role as head of loyalty at social enterprise NTUC Link. Marketing understands that he reports to Corinne Ng, director of product management, and is tasked with growing the loyalty business for the Singapore market.

Prior to the appointment, Christian was heading the loyalty program for MAP, one of the largest retailers in Indonesia. In his role as head of the group loyalty unit, he oversaw the CRM activities for more than 150 world-class brands across thousands of stores in Indonesia. This included Sogo, Galleries Lafayette, Zara, New Balance, Puma, Carter’s and Starbucks.

Prior to MAP, Christian was the head of loyalty program for Wing Tai Retail and before that, he helmed the CRM department for Robinsons Group. His loyalty marketing experience also spans across the financial sector with brands such as American Express and OCBC Bank and department stores such as John Little and Marks & Spencers.

His appointment follows the hiring of Jaime Ng, who was recently named as NTUC Link’s director of marketing, digital and brand. Prior to the appointment, Ng was head of marketing at RedMart, where she was responsible for steering, managing and optimising the organisation’s customer acquisition.
