Online residential and commercial property site PropertyGuru has launched a new branding campaign titled “Get The Guru View.”
Created by Brilliant Agency, the campaign reflects the company’s commitment to helping buyers, sellers, renters and investors make better property decisions. All of PropertyGuru’s marketing activities, including print, broadcast, transit and online advertising, will be produced on this new campaign platform.
Brilliant Agency will also be producing other key aspects of the campaign including staff engagement, social media activation and on-ground activities.
The agency was part of a three-way pitch for the account and the six-month launch campaign kicks off with a series of ads featuring headlines such as “Where is COV higher than COE?”, “Which properties will skyrocket or fizzle?” and “Need more space?”
“View is the key word here. Buyers view homes and listings. Investors seek views on trends. And with so much conflicting property chatter in the media, people are actively seeking guidance and informed views,” Jason Hodges, creative partner of Brilliant Agency said.
