PROI appoints Tsang as APAC chair

PROI Worldwide has elected Strategic Public Relation Group chairman Richard Tsang (pictured) as its Asia chairman.PROI Worldwide, a global network of independent PR firms, has expanded its presence across Asia Pacific, collaborating with numerous agencies including Adfactors PR and Intergral PR in India, Cosmo Public Relations and Asahi Agency in Japan, INR in Korea Awareness id in Vietnam."Richard Tsang's understanding and influence on our industry, especially in Asia Pacific makes him the ideal person to further develop our footprint in the region," Bob Frause, the US-based President of PROI Worldwide, said.Tsang was elected a vice-president of PROI Worldwide in 2009. As an investor relations/PR veteran with over 20 years experience, Tsang founded his independently owned firm at the age of 29.He has also been honored with a wide range of accolades, including "Outstanding Individual Achievement" in2012; "Young Entrepreneur Award" in 2003; and "Excellent in Achievement of World Chinese Youth Entrepreneurs" in 2009.
