Publicis Groupe's creative production specialist arm Prodigious Singapore has appointed Shayne?Pooley (pictured) as its new chief creative officer.

In this newly created role, Pooley will focus on elevating the creative offering of Prodigious,?specifically integrated campaigns, content, digital, social, production and post production. He will report directly to Lou Dela Pena, chief executive officer of Publicis Communications.

Pooley brings with him more than 30 years of experience working at agencies across Australia, Singapore, London and Hong Kong. Prior to joining Prodigious, he spent two-thirds of his career at Ogilvy and Hogarth where he held multiple leadership positions.?Pooley has also provided integrated creative solutions across branding, CRM, digital and content for clients such as Prudential, Qantas, Adidas, Caterpillar, American Express,?and Singtel.

According to Pooley, he enjoys?building things and joining Prodigious which is already strong in its production capabilities, allows him to grow and nurture the creative side of the Prodigious offering. "We are looking to create greater value for our clients? businesses through developing great ideas, executed well, and maximising the impact of all aspects of our work,? he said.

Dela Pena said?this appointment signifies Prodigious? ambition to deepen?the focus on?its?creative product, and?the agency aims to strengthen its craft, ensuring the excellence and impact of its integrated campaigns.

Meanwhile,?regional CEO for Prodigious APC/MEA Michael Burgess said adding Shayne to the Prodigious team is pivotal in making the agency's service offering even more compelling, as he brings with him?a deep knowledge of Singaporean and regional businesses in all categories, and has decades of experience in developing campaigns, from start to finish.

Most recently,?Publicis Communications Singapore appointed Joanne de Rozario as managing director of Prodigious. This comes as former MD Peter Short moved on to pursue other opportunities.?De Rozario first joined Prodigious as executive director a year ago, and will be responsible for?leading the growth of the business and overseeing the agency?s development and creation of content in her new role as MD.
