TripAdvisor has partnered up with MasterCard to launch MasterCard Travel Hub, a subsidiary website featuring curated travel experiences in Beijing, Honolulu, London, New York and Singapore for users in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa.
This is the first time MasterCard and TripAdvisor are working together.
“We are delighted to partner with MasterCard to provide exciting travel offers and experiences to the millions of TripAdvisor users that come to our site each month to plan their next trip,” says Robin Ingle, senior vice president of Global Sales at TripAdvisor.
She further elaborates that this is a great opportunity to provide value-added service to loyal users.
The website currently allows users access to MasterCard offers and promotions for travel, dining, shopping and entertainment to five destinations. Four more destinations–Hong Kong, South Africa, Thailand and Vietnam–will be added by the end of the month. Traveler reviews and ratings for hotels, attractions and restaurants as well as recommended itineraries for each destination will also be available.
Belina Lee, head of consumer & digital marketing for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa says that the partnership is a logical one, with two like-minded companies coming together to provide enhanced experiences.
“We help make every journey a little more Priceless”.
