Leading and managing teams has always been a passion of hers. She enjoys working with team members to empower, coach and enable them to be better marketers. Her key strength is her ability to build relationships and trust quickly with stakeholders across all levels of the business. She is a strategic thinker who connects the dots of communication, influence, leadership and vision to drive purposeful change.
She is also a Board Director and currently serve on the board of the Institute of Managers and Leaders, an organisation whose purpose is to professionalise management and leadership.
