Head of global marketing
Sarah James is a corporate communications and marketing professional with 15 years of experience in the financial services sectors of Hong Kong, London and Sydney. She is currently head of global marketing for Lloyd’s of London, responsible for marketing communications for the global insurance market as it expands around the world. She sets global strategy and leads an integrated team covering PR, digital, events, sponsorship, advertising and campaign development.
Before joining Lloyd’s, she was deputy director of external communications for Willis Group, leading global media relations for the NYSE-listed broker. She holds a BA in communications from Charles Sturt University, Australia.
