Possible hires senior Mirum creative

Possible Singapore has made a triple hire, welcoming Pei Pei Ng as its executive creative director.The agency has also hired Desiree Wu as director of talent and marketing and Dixi Chern as digital strategic planner.Previously from Mirum, Ng has experience in advertising, direct marketing and digital disciplines, having worked with top brands, including Singapore Tourism Board (STB), Singapore Airlines, Diageo, MasterCard, Unilever and P&G.Joining Possible as ECD, Ng will lead the Singapore team to develop enterprise global consumer experiences, marketing activation and social-based campaigns, content strategies and creation, and distribution and amplification platform-based campaigns, across all sectors and markets.Wu has been promoted to director of talent and marketing for Possible Asia Pacific. She brings with her experiences in both client outlook and agency practices from Thread Shanghai, where she was general manager, operations and people management, with Qantas.Both Ng and Wu report to Paul Soon, CEO of Possible Singapore.Chern joins the strategy team at Possible, responsible for the conceptualisation of insight-driven digital marketing strategy and return-driven digital marketing programmes. From Mirum, formerly XM and Edelman, Chern has experiences in developing digital campaigns that drive consumer engagement by leveraging technologies, user interaction and social media.Chern reports to Jeremiah Neo, head of strategy of Possible Singapore.This follows the hire of Paul Soon as Possible's new APAC lead at the start of the year. Soon formerly led XM Asia.
