PH home to new City of Dreams

Macau gambling tycoon Lawrence Ho, CEO of Melco Crown has flown in this Wednesday to unveil the second home of his flagship gaming and entertainment brand City of Dreams in Manila.A joint project with Belle Corp, the gaming arm of the SM Investments Group, City of Dreams Manila will be built in Pagcor Entertainment City. It will be the second Melco property to carry the brand, the first of which is located in Macau.The new casino will be the third major roller in the gaming industry, together with Resorts World and the $1.2-billion Solaire Resort and Casino, which opened this year. Quiized on how it will stand out, Ho said:“Product differentiation is crucial for us. We are not just a casino with fancy restaurants. Yes, gaming is our financial engine but at the same time we have a premium product and we have also something to offer to kids and families.
