Pete Mitchell exits Mondelēz International

Nearly two years into the role Pete Mitchell, global media innovations director at Mondelēz International is set to leave the role.

Mitchell (pictured) has over 24 years of experience in media agencies working in the UK, Asia and USA. He moved to Asia at the start of 2014 onto the client side as global media innovations director for Mondelez International. He has a global remit to evolve the media communications approach for all brands within the Mondelez category portfolios.

His specialities include performance media, search marketing, online display, mobile marketing, branding online, RTB trading desk and media programmatics, communications planning, media channel planning amongst others.

Prior to the role at Mondelez, Mitchell was managing director, BP global digital at Mindshare in the US. He also held roles such as regional strategic director, APAC at Neo@Ogilvy and regional digital director, APAC at Universal McCann.

Most recently Jyoti Jain  Mondelēz International’s associate director of strategy also moved to J&J as its advanced analytics director of its APAC division.

Marketing has reached out to Mondelēz to comment on a replacement.
