Charmaine Leung, marketing director of Pernod Ricard Singapore has left the company, after three years in the role.
Both Leung and Pernod Ricard confirmed the development to Marketing.
Leung was in charge of marketing for the entire Pernod Ricard portfolio of spirits for the Singapore market. These brands included the likes of Absolut, Martell, Chivas, Malibu and many others.
Leung took over the position in early 2011 and prior to that she held the role of senior business intelligence manager at Pernod Ricard Asia, based in Hong Kong. She has been with the company for over a decade holding various roles.
Prior to her joining Pernod Ricard, she worked in Acorn Marketing and Research consultants and Raffles Hotel.
Currently the company has not appointed Leung’s replacement. In the interim current MD of Pernod Ricard Singapore Gaurav Sabharwal will be handling the duties. Sabharwal came on board in June last year from Pernod Ricard India.
