Park Hotel Group looks to appoint social media agency

Park Hotel Group (PHG) is in the midst of a searching for a new social media partner to manage its social platforms and grow its community. This is in response to its growing business needs as it continues to expand in the APAC region.Marketing understands that some of its social media objectives include increasing brand awareness in APAC, particularly SEA, Hong Kong and Australia. A brief seen by marketing also read that the group hopes to reach out to key western markets such as the United States and United Kingdom. It aims to enhance engagement, encourage dialogue with its community and drive traffic to its websites to reach out to potential guests who are business-focussed, travellers and food lovers to name a few.Last year, the hospitality group extended its relationship with local creative agency, Noisycrayons. It was also re-appointed as the social media agency for the group. PHG is also currently planning to launch a number of campaigns in the coming year to help drive business results for the group, this includes one large scale and two small scale campaigns which is optional.The appointed agency will start work in October.
