Pandora has unveiled its first online store in Hong Kong.
The e-platform provides two delivery options – standard delivery within two to four business days, or a scheduled delivery for customers to pick the delivery date and time. It also offers online exclusive products and online returns.
Kenneth Madsen, president of Pandora Asia Pacific, said: “We are excited to be bridging the gap between our offline and online consumer experience. Our offline experience in our concept stores is still incredibly important however, we recognised that our Hong Kong consumers wanted another way of conveniently purchasing our jewellery.”

The Hong Kong consumer is digitally advanced, using multiple devices at one time, so it was a natural and obvious choice to enable our consumers to purchase our jewellery in the comfort of their own home or even on the move.”
