Ogilvy & Mather Indonesia names new MD as Marianne Admardatine exits

Ogilvy & Mather Indonesia has promoted Misty Maitimoe to managing director of Ogilvy Public Relations Indonesia.  Maitimoe’s appointment follows the departure of 11-year veteran Marianne Admardatine, former managing director Ogilvy PR and Ogilvy group chief client officer.

Maitimoe was formerly deputy managing director of the firm, a role she has played since joining the agency in 2015. Misty assumes this role upon the departure of Marianne Admardatine, outgoing managing director of Ogilvy public relations and chief client growth officer of Ogilvy Indonesia.

Scott Kronick, president and chief executive officer of Ogilvy Public Relations Asia Pacific said, “Maitimoe is a natural successor for the public relations leadership role in Indonesia.  She is amongst the very best client advisors we have in our network and is a wonderful and caring leader.  She brings creativity and strategic advice to every client engagement and we are looking to her to help fuel our growth in Indonesia.  She joins a collection of long-time and dedicated team leaders in Ogilvy Public Relations in Asia and we are confident she is the person we need to drive our future growth.”

Kronick added, “Admardatine has made significant contribution to Ogilvy Indonesia and her track record over the last eleven years has been remarkable. Her passion, integrity and leadership has led to compelling changes in accelerating the growth of our 360 brand stewardship offerings.  All of us wish Marianne the best in her future endeavors.”
