Ofanny Choi named as president in Celestial Tiger Entertainment management reshuffle

Celestial Tiger Entertainment (CTE) has promoted?Ofanny Choi to president.
In her new position, Choi will oversee?all aspects of CTE's operations. She succeeds Todd Miller, the chief executive officer of?CTE.
Choi is expected to relocate from Hong Kong to dual residences in Thailand and the US, where she will focus on investing, board advisory, and writing.

We thank Todd for his efforts and leadership, and look forward to Choi continuing the trajectory, leveraging her unique mix of operational and programming expertise, and relationships in the region.? said Adam Chesnoff, president and chief operating officer of Saban Capital Group and chairman of the Board of Directors of CTE.
The promotion seems like a natural choice, as Choi has put a good number of years into the company. Prior to her promotion,?Choi served as executive vice president for TV networks at CTE. Her oversight of the company?s networks business, included programming, acquisitions, marketing, operations, and distribution.?Choi had originally joined the company's Celestial Pictures branch in 2002, where she served as senior vice president, TV Channels.
Previously, Choi spent 10 years at Star TV, where she ended up as programming manager at Star Chinese Movies.
