Karen Chan is the Head of Digital for C & J Clark P/L Asia Pacific overseeing digital transformation in the region across 13 markets. In her current role, Karen’s focus is on building an Asia Pacific digital hub in Singapore that integrates online, offline, fulfilment and data across a single value chain. With increasing proportion of consumers browsing and buying interchangeably between e-tailer and traditional stores, the need to provide an ecosystem that allows seamless shopping, real-time rewards redemption and instant sharing are core to winning in the new retail age. Karen has over 15 years of experience in digital platform development and international franchise consulting. Prior to joining C& J Clark, she was the Chief Digital officer for Pizza Hut championing site dev, CRM, social listening and AI across channels. She also led regional digital marketing and channel integration efforts for Domino’s Pizza and Coca-Cola.Karen is a frequent keynote in regional innovation and technology summits. She’s currently serving on the advisory board for AdParlour.
