Nielsen Malaysia appoints Christopher Dann as leader of RMS business

Nielsen Malaysia has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Christopher Dann as the leader of retail measurement services (RMS) business.Dann will be responsible for the company's portfolio of products and services in the retail space in Malaysia, and will also lead client engagement. In his new role, Dann will focus on delivering increased value to clients. He will also drive clients' business decisions through research products and actionable insights.Dann joined Nielsen back in 2012, and has since led various consumer insights businesses including customer experience, financial services and retailer verticals. With over 12 years of experience, he has been instrumental in building strong client relationships and introducing new innovative solutions to help clients grow its business. Most recently, in 2015, Dann took on a regional role as director of customer experience for the growth and emerging markets.“Dann’s appointment strengthens our management team and reinforces our commitment towards quality and timely deliverables,” said Richard Hall, country manager for Nielsen Malaysia.“The Malaysia leadership team and I are looking forward to working closely with him in creating a strategy to deliver more value to our clients,” he added.
