NIE on the hunt for media agency

National Institute of Education (NIE) is on the lookout for a media agency for media buying duties for a publicity initiative for its August 2017 intake. The appointed agency will help purchase advertising spaces on various media as well as help advertise on Facebook. The tender is set to close on 25 August 2016.

The Ministry Of Education (MOE) recently appointed DDB Group as its agency of record following a pitch last year. This will be for the next three years. It also launched an integrated media campaign with the agency as part of its new recruitment campaign to encourage teaching as a career.

Called “It all begins with a teacher”, the campaign kicked off with an online and TV film that tells the story of a student and his teachers bravely challenging social norms of success and failure. The film was produced by Freeflow Productions.
