New round of changes at Ogilvy

More key shuffles will take place in Ogilvy & Mather Singapore(O&M) as chief creative officer Steve Back moves to O&M Australia and Thomas Mouritzen takes on a new regional role.O&M confirmed the development to Marketing, saying that the two internal transfers would take place in early 2013.Steve Back will return home to Australia in February 2013 as of chief creative officer at Ogilvy & Mather Australia. Back joined O&M in December 2010 and has spent the last two years leading the creative team in Singapore."Steve has done some great work here in Singapore and we're delighted he is going to take an important role in one of our key offices in the region," Fiona Gordon, Chairman, Ogilvy & Mather Singapore, said.Thomas Mouritzen has been with Ogilvy for 10 years and has been managing director of OgilvyOne for the last three and a half years.He will now be taking on the development of a "new important strategic initiative for the region" details of which will be announced shortly, said the agency.Gordon said that OgilvyOne has grown considerably and developed new areas of expertise including Social CRM, data and technology under Mouritzen's leadership.The agency also said details of their successors would be released at a later date.
