National Museum picks local PR agency

The National Museum of Singapore has appointed public relations agency, Tate Anzur to head all the media engagement and outreach activities for its line up of key showcases in 2013.

Tate Anzur won the account following a pitch in late November. Other agencies who pitched included CMG Group, Communications DNA and Ogilvy & Mather.

The contract runs for one year with an option of a year extension, based on good performance.

The agency was recently appointed by the Ministry of Defence to handle PR for its Total Defence account, to drive the entire public relations component of the campaign.

The agency was also appointed for the public relations duties of Greenfields milk. The milk producer recently hired Mangham Gaxiola for its creative duties.

The agency was launched by ex-SVP Asia Pacific and chief executive of Hill & Knowlton Southeast Asia Jimmy Tay in 2011. Tay left the agency late last year and operations currently continue with its current three partners, Yvonne Li, Ethan Tan (pictured) and Raoul Le Blond.
