Kate MacNevin, global president of MRM//McCann, said, “We are very excited to have Liu joining our team in Hong Kong. He understands digital, he knows the region and he has deep knowledge of emerging disruptive technologies and trends.” MacNevin added that Liu in his new role will help create customer and product strategies.
Speaking of his appointment, Liu said he was thrilled to join and looking forward to the opportunities ahead. “The agency’s laser focus on pursuing the most data-intensive and technically sophisticated marketing programs on behalf of our customers means that we are learning new things with every project and campaign we execute. This spirit of applied curiosity is tremendously exciting to be part of and something I believe marketers in Hong Kong and Asia are looking to embrace,” he concluded.
