Mongoose Publishing has appointed Patrick Brennan as its new director of business development – a role in which he will be responsible for the domestic and international strategy and business growth of Mongoose in Asia.
Brennan is an experienced media professional and has worked across North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia, where he will now be based permanently.
Brennan’s international experience includes five years in Tokyo as regional director for the Financial Times as well as VP business development at CMP Media LLC principally focused on China and India and as vice president business development Asia-Pacific & Latin America at Hearst Magazines International.
Most recently, he was advising a number of start-up and established digital and print media companies.
The appointment comes soon after the publishing company saw the departure of managing director, Russell Channon.

Brennan will join Mongoose on October 13th 2015.
