Singapore – The occupational safety & health division under the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) has put up a tender looking for an integrated events management company.
MOM said it is looking for an agency to provide a creative concept, logistics and event management under its marketing and execution of the Go-To Engagement 2013 programme, with option to renew for another year.
The appointed agency will be responsible for a group of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) messengers as ambassadors to help WSH Council/MOM visit workplaces and spread the WSH messages to the workforce.
The previous agency working on the account was Aux Media Group. The agency is participating in the tender process again.
“The event management team is expected to plan and manage the Go-To Engagement project by drawing up a detailed timeline at the point of appointment and assist WSH Council/MOM in staying on track with the target of covering 60,000 employees over a period of one year,” Cheryl Seah, senior manager, WSH Council said.
Besides conceptualising, developing and implementing an integrated outreach schedule for the Go-To Engagement programme, the appointed agency will also design collaterals for publicity purposes, including EDMs, posters, fliers, brochures, stickers and giveaways.
The open tender was launched on 4 March and will close today. MOM is aiming to appoint the agency by May 2013.
