Advocating a mobile-first, customer-centric approach in retailing, Jessica has served a variety of digital roles across luxury retail and e-commerce pureplay including Estee Lauder, Expedia and Nokia. As an early strategist at Google, she worked with retailers and airlines to develop digital media strategies. She currently takes the role with L'Occitane and oversees e-commerce, omni-channel and CRM strategies in Asia.
Jessica holds a MBA from the HKUST Business School, a MA degree in New Media and a BA degree in English.
