“He has a deep knowledge of the operations and commercial aspects of OOH business, and I am confident that he will contribute immensely and bring new levels of success to the Group. He and his team played a pivotal role in securing the advertising concession for the MRT and LRT lines extension and will now follow through with the rollout of key advertising assets which will be a major contributor for BTO’s revenue moving forward,” Khalid said.
“We are confident that he will continue with the aggressive efforts to not only maintain the company’s dominance in Malaysia but also expand into new markets abroad. The appointment also reflects our strong succession planning that enables smooth handover of responsibilities and operations, thus ensuring our clients continue to receive the excellent level of service that they have been accustomed to from BTO,” Raja Datuk Zaharaton Raja Zainal Abidin, chairman of BTO, said.
