Sharon Lim has 18 years of banking experience with more than 15 years of marketing experience in banks. She is currently the SVP at Bank of China, overseeing the marketing functions for retail banking. She has to formulate, develop and provide marketing strategies and programmes.
Together with her team, she overseas and integrates end-to-end campaigns and simultaneously manages and optimises budgets in alignment with business and brand objectives.
After spending more than a decade in marketing, she knows which channels work to drives sales/profitability, especially in banking products and services, to ultimately communicate and connect with customers.
She holds a master’s degree in marketing from The University of Western Australia.
