Head of marketing
Jean Leong has more than 23 years of experience across branding, marketing and franchising for various industries, including interior furnishings, fine jewellery, apparel and fast-moving consumer goods. Since 2010, she has been heading the marketing division at Goodrich Global.
As a key member of the management team, she has successfully launched new marketing and digital initiatives for the Goodrich brand in North Asia, Southeast Asia, China, India and the Middle East.
She sets goals, monitors work and evaluates results to ensure that departmental objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organisation.
She has a proven track record in profit delivery, strategic positioning, product development and marketing executions of lifestyle brands for both the wholesale and consumer markets. For the recent Goodrich Global acquisition, she fostered and managed internal and external stakeholders’ relations with Sangetsu, the major shareholder based in Japan, sharing best practices across business units and facilitating product knowledge and expertise transfers.
