Ministry of Communications and Information (MCI) is looking for an integrated marketing agency.
According to documents seen by Marketing, MCI is looking for an agency to “develop core messages and appropriate creative concepts” to communicate the organisations objectives to the right target audience.
The agency will be tasked to identify the key issues and views that the campaign’s target audience andand provide insights on how we can increase awareness, personal relevance and even call to action. The agency will look out for market trends that may impact MCI’s campaigns’ outreach. The agency is also expected to conduct media monitoring and establish measurement metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the communications efforts.
The integrated marketing communications campaign also could include on-site marcomms and activation efforts, aside from the usual digital, print and broadcast channels. The agency appointed needs to ideally divide its integrated marketing communications campaign into four quarters of three months each, and each quarter should have clear objectives and identify the target audience that will be reached.
The project duration is estimated to be 12 months and the contract is estimated to commence from March 2016 onwards.
